We have a dedicated sales team in house, 5 days a week, ready to answer all your questions, show you our demo vans, or simply to build your dream van. We have samples of material, carpet and finishes for you to have a look at should you wish to pop in and see us. We also have a customer consultation and waiting rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. 

Our roof fitting experts are a team with over 25 years worth of experience. These are the guys who will be cutting a massive hole in the roof of your van... with all the latest tools and technology along with engineering precision you can be guaranteed your in safe hands. We can get one of these roofs cut, fitted and finished in less than 24 hours. 

Have you ever wondered where the canvases for pop tops are made? Well wonder no more! We hand make every single canvas here at Skyline HQ, they're crafted by our team of experts.  From cutting, sewing and sealing, it's all done in house. You can choose the cloth, the colour and the scenic to really tailor the end product to suit your van.

We offer a range of different beds and finishes for your van. These are also all hand made in house. All the wood is cut, carpeted and put together by hand. As with other areas at HQ we have a designated bed building team. Standard beds, Bi-fold beds, patterned finished, choices of carpet. It's totally up to you on what finish you go with. 

We have an in house spray booth, this is where our team of painters turn a standard white roof into a masterpiece. With one simple colour code, we can paint match your roof with your van. All it takes is a few hours hard work, but the finished product will make you stand out from the crowd!

Our roofs are put together by our roof building team, these guys are in charge of making sure your roof has a nice alcantara underlay, fixings and your canvas. Not only do they build the roofs, they are also in charge of the polishing, if you order your roof Gloss Black or White, this is the department where the finish is applied. 

It's no secret we have over 450 trader up and down the UK as well as mainland Europe. There fore we need a logistics department, and we have just that. Located in the first of our 3 units we have our delivery team. This is where we stock, load and deliver the huge volumes of our camper conversion trade specialists.

We supply a large number of roofs to mainland Europe/ We have customers from Portugal to Poland. With international shipping, getting your roofs if your overseas has never been easier. We'll even hand build a unique crate ready for transportation.

Our products are manufactured in the UK, from the fibreglass lids to all the metal frame work. We are lucky enough to work with the best in the business. Once we have the fibreglass lids and framework in the workshop, everything else is then all done in house here in Somerset.
